  19. Document windows are the windows in which Microsoft Internet Explorer displays documents or Web pages.
  20. Multiple document windows (instances of Microsoft Internet Explorer)
  21. can be open at the same time. You can work with each 
  22. window independently. For example, you can read a document in
  23. one window while loading files in others.

  27. <H3>Parts of a Document Window</H3>

  29. <LI>The <B>title bar</B> displays the title, if any, of the current
  30. document. <BR>

  32. <LI>The <B>menu bar</B> offers access to all of the Microsoft
  33. Internet Explorer <A HREF="commands.htm#TOP">commands</A>. <BR>

  35. <LI><A NAME="TOOLBAR">The </A><B>toolbar</B> provides quick access
  36. to frequently used functions. To hide the toolbar, choose Toolbar
  37. from the View menu.  <BR>

  39. <LI>Use the <B>Back</B> and <B>Forward</B> buttons to move between
  40. documents that you have viewed. <BR>

  42. <LI>The <B>Address box</B> displays the address, or <A HREF="url.htm">URL</A>, 
  43. of the current page. If you know the address of the page you want
  44. to view, type it in the Address box, and then press <FONT SIZE=2>ENTER</FONT>.

  47. <LI>The <B>status bar</B> displays status information while a
  48. file is being loaded. As you move the mouse pointer over a link,
  49. the status bar displays the address associated with the link. When
  50. you move the pointer over a toolbar button, the function
  51. of the button appears in the status bar.
